About Confluence ’15 (3rd edition)

Confluence ’15 offers a space for Artists from around the world to compete against each other
and showcase their creative talent. You’re competing against the most talented Artists from
across the world and you’ll get a chance to showcase your artwork to Art Patrons.

Confluence ’15 perpetuates earlier editions of Confluence. As we have known that earlier
editions of Confluence acted as a catalyst for the recent development of artistic and
cultural landscape and strengthened the potential of India as an international art hub.
In its earlier editions, the show focused on the significance of exhibiting a variety
of works in a pluralistic art world. Confluence ’15 foresees combining art with international
trends and thoughts, highlighting national interest with a global concern.

Galerie Art Eterne has tried to bring national and international artists together under
Confluence. We provide an alternative platform for the emerging as well as the established
artists. Since its foundation, though it’s been only three years, it has been at
the forefront in the search for and promotion of new artistic trends. The Galerie
had organized the participation of selected artists and India Art Festival, Mumbai,
India. It had also organized workshops, thus building a splendid path and bridge
for global art exchange.

Every year there is a new face of art. Confluence (in its earlier editions) had
experienced an inclination towards human emotions, nature, mythology & spiritualism
in art. Photography medium had become more expressive as it expresses memories and
nostalgia. The participating artists had tried to plant their mind, visions and
ideas on various mediums they can relate to. It is a place where artists connect
with each other and their viewers through creativity. In Confluence, most of
the artists had unfolded their innermost thought, by raising issues from society,
solving the mysteries of life & sufferings and creating forms to the solutions
they have. It is a confluence of lives, concepts, perceptions, forms, emotions,
ideas and thinking.

Galerie Art Eterne rationally identifies through its juried team, exceptional art
around the globe and promotes emerging artists. By incubating new concepts of art,
Confluence has a long way to go.

We welcome submissions from artists of all nationalities and at any stage of
their careers.
