Art-Competition.net: Announces a Call to Artists for "Abstract ll" an online-juried international competition, July 10, 2015 - August 17, 2015 (Midnight EST), Cash Prizes are Doubled, $1,500 in Cash and $6,825 in Prizes. (Winners will receive extensive marketing of their work.)

Theme: "Abstract ll" The artist's work can be the "abstracting of representational objects" as in expressionistic, surrealistic or cubistic work. "Pure abstraction" is also accepted where there is little to no visual references of the external world.

Medium: All 2D Mediums, Painting, Drawing, Collage, Photography, Digital, Etc...

Art-Competition.net: Announces a Call to artists/photographers for the open theme "Semi-Annual Open II" exhibit at Gallery 25N's online gallery that will consist of ten artists/photographers' work. Submission deadline: 08/24/15 (Midnight EST)

Visual Artists/Photographers are invited to submit work from now through August 24, 2015. There is no limit on the number of entries; the curator/judges will choose 1 to 5 images from each of the ten selected artists/photographers that will be included in the group exhibit.

Theme and Selection: There is no "theme" for this art call for the exhibition; it is open to all subject matter. The curator and judges will select work based on the originality, uniqueness of the vision conveyed, quality of execution and how clearly the artist's individual technique/style is presented in each work. Entries must be two-dimensional artwork created in any medium such as painting, drawing, digital, collage, print, fiber art, photography, etc. The work can be expressed from realism to abstraction.

Eligibility: This Competition is open to all artists/photographers 18 years of age or older.

Exhibit: Opens September 10, 2015 at G25N's online gallery. This is a Group Exhibit consisting of ten Artists/Photographers selected from the entries with the curator's selection of 1 to 5 images from each artist.

Extensive Marketing of the Exhibit and Artists:

Gallery25N's mission is to provide artists with exposure and extensive marketing of their art and accomplishments to our international list of clientele.
Gallery25N.com & Art-Competition.net will co-market the ten artists and their artwork in the exhibition worldwide in the following ways:

Invitations: An electronic invitation for the online exhibit's opening will be sent to the combined clientele lists of Gallery25N.com and Art-Competition.net. These lists exceed 12,000 recipients.
Press Release: Extensive press release announcements will be sent out for the opening of the Group Exhibit. The press releases will provide an international buzz about the exhibit and the artists' work.
Event Listings & Calendars: The group exhibit will also be promoted in numerous online event listings. These event lists not only provide timely promotion of the exhibit they also provide ongoing social media marketing.
Social Media Marketing: The exhibition, artist and their artwork will be marketed through Art-Competition.net, Artist Website Pro and Gallery 25N's social media-marketing network via LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tweeter, GooglePlus, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Art Market Newsletter: The Artists and the exhibition will be featured in Artist Website Pro's, Art Market News™ with over 16,000 subscribers in the art marketplace worldwide. Subscribers consist of art buyers, fine art galleries, corporate art buyers, exhibit curators, fine art agents, architects, property developers, interior designers and art lovers.
Online Presence: After the exhibit ends, the artists group exhibit will remain in the "Past Exhibits" section of Gallery 25N's website with a back-link to the artist's websites for a minimum of two years.
A video is created of the artists work and exhibit and is published on G25N's website and YouTube Channel, www.youtube.com/user/Gallery25N. The video will be promoted in all of our marketing materials.


Entry and Submissions

Entry Fee: $20 for the initial entry and $10 for each additional image. (No limit on the number of additional entries submitted.) Participating artists can submit as many works of art as they wish for the curators' consideration.
