She said arts and crafts vendors who wish to apply for a vendor space are encouraged to read over the entire online application information before filling out the application. Fees are due with the returned application. The deadline for appying is Aug. 28.

All vendors who apply to the festival will be juried. The festival organizers do not guarantee acceptance to those who have participated in past festivals.

Acceptance letters will be mailed on Sept. 14. If a vendor’s application is not accepted by the festival jury, a full refund of the fees will be returned.

Applications and checks can be mailed or dropped off at the Conyers Welcome Center and Train Depot, 901 Railroad St., Conyers, GA 30012.
